New Agenda Management Software: SANDAG is transitioning to a new agenda management software to help us share meeting agendas more clearly and easily. The new system will include the opportunity to leave written comments online (learn more on our Meeting Assistance page) Agendas and meeting minutes will look slightly different. They will be available in PDF and HTML (online) format and include video bookmarking. Subscribers will continue to receive email notifications as usual. The new system will go live the week of July 14.
Past agendas and minutes for the Board and PAC meetings are in the process of being transferred to the new system. If you need help finding meeting information or have any questions or concerns, contact clerkoftheboard@sandag.org.
The Regional Plan Social Equity Working Group provides a collaborative open and public forum for community-based organizations to share ongoing public input from underserved and underrepresented communities in the region on key planning activities, including development of the Regional Plan and related activities with a focus on the social equity perspective. The Regional Plan Social Equity Working Group reports to the Regional Planning Committee, which in turn reports to the Board of Directors.
The Regional Plan Social Equity Working Group meetings are generally on the fourth Thursday of the month.

The Social Equity Working Group is comprised of representatives from 11 community-based organizations (CBOs) or community collaboratives serving underserved and underrepresented communities. Membership was selected through a competitive request for proposals process by SANDAG. View the membership list.
